Earle Shroyer - As a minister's son, Earle has been in the "church business" his entire life. In terms of Real Estate, he initially focused on selling residential real estate until a minister friend asked Earle to consider selling his church. That started the ball rolling, and now some 30 years later, he's worked with literally hundreds of churches, selling properties from $50,000 to $7,500,000. Earle has devoted his career to understanding the church real estate market along with the needs of his clients. John Blosser, also the son of a minister, has been working full-time with Earle since 1996. John brought with him nearly 25 years of experience in the financial services industry in Arizona. Plus, he has been very active in the leadership of his church for many years. He participates with Earle in nearly every phase of every church real estate transaction.
