Policy Overview

To avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle, you must cancel or close your property listing on ChurchesForSale.com more than 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the billing date will result in a charge for the next billing period.

How to Cancel

• You must submit your cancellation request by filling in User’s Portal, on the Dashboard. For Questions please contact Info@ChurchesForsale.com. 

• The cancellation is effective once you receive confirmation from ChurchesForSale.com.

Billing Implications

• If you cancel more than 24 hours before your billing date, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

• If you cancel within 24 hours of your billing date, you will be charged for the next billing cycle, and your listing will remain active until the end of that period.

Practical Example

Suppose your billing date is the 15th of each month. If you want to avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel your listing by 11:59 PM on the 13th. If you cancel on the 14th or later, you will be charged on the 15th, and your listing will remain active for the next billing cycle.
